Layered in between pillowy spoonfuls of Greek yogurt, you’ll be eating a rainbow of colorful superfoods, too. Don’t have the luxury of creating a fresh masterpiece each morning? No morning time for this, no worries. Make them em ahead of time in a portable bowl or jar for a perfect on-the-go breakfast.

  • One 17 1/2-ounce container plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs or your favorite granola
  • Assorted berries (or other fruit of your choice)

Line up 4 parfait, white wine, or other tall glasses.

Spoon 2 tablespoons of granola into each glass and smooth surface.

Spoon 2 tablespoons of fruit overtop and smooth surface.

Spoon 2 tablespoons of greek yogurt mix into each glass and smooth surface.

Repeat the process, adding a bit of honey here and there, to taste, and fruit on top for decoration.
