Throw this together for a friends gathering and you will knock them down with the fresh taste!

Dietary restrictions

  • 1/2 head red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 large red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 plum tomatoes, chopped

Dressing:

  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2-3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Add the ingredients in a salad bowl.

Make the dressing. Whisk extra-virgin olive, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, garlic and spices. Pour the mixed dressing over the salad. Mix the salad well.
